These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between AYEYE (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and you (“You” or “Client”) regarding the use of our services, including AI-focused courses and associated materials. By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services
- AYEYE provides AI-focused training courses and resources, including but not limited to:
- AI for Everyday Use
- AI for Business Growth
- Live one-on-one tutorials, webinars, and workshops.
- Course materials, brochures, and video consultations are included as part of specified packages.
- AYEYE reserves the right to modify or enhance its service offerings without prior notice, ensuring quality delivery for all clients.
2. Fees and Payments
- Course fees (“Fees”) are provided upon inquiry or displayed on our website. All Fees are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
- AYEYE requires full payment prior to granting access to any course or service. Some courses may require a non-refundable deposit.
- Payment must be completed via the methods specified by AYEYE. Overdue payments may incur statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
- Refunds are subject to AYEYE’s discretion and must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must be 18 years or older to enroll in AYEYE courses.
- Course materials are provided for personal use only. Clients shall not reproduce, resell, or share course content without prior written consent.
- Clients must provide accurate details during registration and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their technology (e.g., software, internet connection) meets the requirements for accessing AYEYE courses.
4. Course Delivery and Access
- Access to course content will be granted after confirmation of payment.
- Live sessions and video consultations will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Clients must notify AYEYE at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- Exclusive workshops and webinars may be recorded and shared with enrolled participants.
- AYEYE does not guarantee results; course success depends on Client participation and application of learned tools.
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, branding, and content are the intellectual property of AYEYE and protected under copyright law.
- Clients may download and use course materials for personal learning but shall not copy, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission.
- Use of AYEYE trademarks, logos, or course content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel their enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no course materials have been accessed.
- Deposits for courses involving live consultations are non-refundable after scheduling.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to support@ayeye.co.uk.
- If AYEYE cancels a scheduled session, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AYEYE provides all services with reasonable care and expertise. However, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYEYE shall not be liable for:
- Loss of income, business, or profits arising from course use;
- Technology failures preventing course access;
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- AYEYE’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- AYEYE is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant UK laws.
- Client information will only be used for course delivery, communication, and service improvement.

9. General
- AYEYE reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
- Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
- These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
